Cool Pair Plus offers you two ways to maintain your productivity:

First, we offer you our "Exchange Program". With this program, we will ship a replacement unit to you immediately. You then return your broken unit to us as a trade-in unit. This program minimizes down time, eliminates helium loss through boil off and enables you to maintain productivity with your equipment. Cool pair Plus maintains a large and diverse inventory of completed units for shipment to you when you need it.

Second, we will gladly accept your equipment for repair on a time and materials basis. With this program, we ask that you ship your unit to us for our testing and evaluation. Once we have completed the evaluation, we will present you with a detailed diagnosis and recommendation of specific parts, time and procedures required to return your unit to its original performance. The repair option enables you to only pay for the necessary repairs while guaranteeing strong future performance.

With either option, Cool Pair Plus provides complete testing of all units and guarantees that they have met or exceeded the performance specifications as outlined by the OEM of that equipment. We stand behind our work with a Full 6 Month Warranty.
